WHO IS AMY?
Amy Collier was born into hospitality. Growing up in her father’s restaurant, she learned what it takes to not only execute great service but to provide memorable hospitality to guests.
Throughout her 25+ years in hospitality, Amy has worked in all segments of the industry and has successfully held senior leadership roles and led the development of teams for the Four Seasons, Fairmont, The Hazelton Hotel and one of Canada’s most prestigious high net worth residences in the Yorkville area of Toronto.
She has been a member of the Les Clefs d’Or since 1998 and has held Director, Vice Director and Secretary positions for the association. Amy has sat on the Executive Committee for Les Clefs d’Or International Congress and has been involved in the association as a mentor and thought leader.
Amy has taught Professional Guest Service at George Brown College, sat on the Steering Committee for the City of Toronto, has written numerous articles for Tourism Toronto and has been featured in Hotelier Magazine, the Toronto Star, and the National Post. She volunteers for the City of Toronto and Second Harvest and raises funds for the Terry Fox Foundation in honour of her late father who has been her inspiration throughout her life and career.
Today, Amy and her team of consultants are called upon to assess, offer strategic insight, and assist with the service development of multiple restaurants, hotels, and retail brands in addition to providing curated lifestyle management assistance for the most discerning of clientele, globally.
